New Jersey and New York for over 35 years.
Originally established by the late Herbert H. Hordes, our company was built on the foundation of a simple philosophy of hard work, integrity and expertise in negotiating a fair deal produces trusting business associations, success and satisfaction.

Meet The President
Robert L. Hordes
Robert L. Hordes holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s License. He is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). A graduate of American University in Washington, D.C., Bob began his career in real estate in the retail leasing division of Weaver Brothers. He joined his father’s real estate firm in 1985.
Bob specializes in leasing and management of shopping centers and commercial properties. He continues the personal, hands-on operation of the organization, embracing the ideals, dedication and passion inspired by his father. Bob is active in many charities and serves on the boards of AtlantiCare Healthcare System
